We Got Editors, LLC (EDITOR)

Photo and Video Usage Agreement

We Got Editors, LLC (EDITOR) retains the copyright for all edited digital images and videos created in the course of providing services. The commissioning client (CLIENT) is granted a limited-use license to use the delivered materials, for which they have paid, for the specific project or purpose outlined at the time of order.

EDITOR reserves the right to use any delivered edits, including but not limited to beforeand-after examples, for marketing or portfolio purposes, unless CLIENT explicitly requests otherwise in writing at the time of order placement.

Payments & Delivery

Payment for editing services is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once payment is received, EDITOR will deliver final files digitally within the timeline specified at the time of order confirmation. Standard turnaround times vary by service and are outlined on our website.
Rush orders may incur additional fees and must be agreed upon in advance.

Revisions Policy

Each order includes a specified number of revisions (outlined in the service details). Additional revisions beyond this allotment will incur additional charges.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of file delivery. Beyond this window, requests will be treated as new orders.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement if EDITOR has not started work.
Cancellations after 24 hours or after work has begun will be refunded proportionately based on the work completed.
Refunds are not available for completed orders unless EDITOR is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service.

File Submission Requirements

CLIENT is responsible for ensuring that all files submitted for editing are high-quality and meet the specifications outlined on our website. Low-quality submissions may affect the final results and are not the responsibility of EDITOR.

Additional Terms

EDITOR is not responsible for archiving final deliverables beyond 90 days after delivery. CLIENT is advised to download and back up all files upon receipt.
Any custom requests or additional services not included in the original order will require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.
